I have my three boys with braces at Naidu. It has been a great experience with all three from the first consultation to my oldest taking off his braces. My other two are very excited to see his end result. They have been very accommodating with the appointments. They have excellent customer service. Easy to get ahold of and switch appointments if needed. Dr. Naidu is very nice and created great plans for my boys. He is easy to talk to and explains everything well. The orthodontic assistants are amazing! Jaime, Karla, and Nade are always a pleasure to work with. My kids love them. They are patient and genuinely appear to enjoy their job and working with the kids. They are gentle and easy to work with. They remember my boys and always ask about the other ones if only one has an appointment. I highly recommend this office.

After almost 4 years of treatment, my son‘s braces finally came off, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. His smile is absolutely beautiful, and every step of the journey was worth it. The entire staff at both office locations have always been welcoming, professional, and caring a very special thank you to Nabe, the lead assistant who consistently went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable and supportive at every visit. The level of care attention we received was truly exceptional. We highly recommend Dr. Naidu to anyone looking for outstanding results and an amazing team.

I highly recommend Naidu Orthodontics. Dr. Naidu’s expertise is unmatched. He strives for perfection. He’s very kind, patient, compassionate and takes his time to explain and answer any questions you may have. His staff is also great. Always helpful and makes sure the client is comfortable. My daughter’s teeth came out beautiful. We couldn’t be happier.

I had a really great experience with my orthodontist from start to finish. I was in braces for about 18 months, and everything went smoother than I expected—my treatment even finished earlier than planned, which was a huge bonus. The whole team was always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They made every visit comfortable and kept me informed throughout the process without ever making it feel overwhelming. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about getting braces!

I can’t say enough amazing things about this orthodontic office! Dr.Naidu has now done braces for my son, my daughter, and even my little cousin, and every single experience has been excellent. Today was especially challenging with my work schedule and my daughter’s school schedule, but the office went above and beyond to make her appointment happen. I really want to acknowledge Laura, who was patient, understanding, and so helpful. I also want to recognize Nabe (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) and the front desk receptionist Neatria she is always so kind, warm, polite, and welcoming every time we walk in. The entire team shows great professionalism, but what I love most is the positive energy in the office and how respectfully the doctor treats his staff. You can tell they work well together, and that makes the patient experience even better. Thank you all for consistently taking such great care of my family. Highly recommend!
